What kind of tree is this?

I have 5 trees that are all growing out of a spot very close to one another. It is green, almost palm tree looking with spikes at the end of the tips. They are long, skinny frond like things. It has the dead part on bottom like a palm tree. I noticed today that it has small, white, bulb like flowers clustering straight up out of one of the trees. Any ideas what kind of tree or plant it is?

Reply:Hi. Without a picture and without knowing your location, this is my guess. It's an Ailanthus or "Tree of Heaven". The following link will give you some pictures to compare with your trees. If I am correct, then you have a weed species.
