What kind of plant is this?

I have a plant that does not produce flowers. Rather, it shoots out these long (about 5 inces) and thin (about 1/8 inch) shoots with a very fine "honeycomb" pattern to them. It appears that the very tiny seeds are within these spaces. The plant itself has rounded, waxy leaves (about 2" long and 1.5" wide) that are dark green on top and lighter green underneath. The stems of the plant are "segmented" and shades of brownish-red to green in color. What I mean by segmented is that once a leafe shoots out, another segment of the stem starts to grow (about 1" to 2" in lenght) at which point another leaf will shoot out. If I cut part of a stem, the segment that has been cut will die and fall off and the plant will shoot another leaf out someplace else.

The plant never makes flowers and once it gets to about 18" high the stems fall over under their own weight.

Can anybody tell me what type (species) of plant this is?

What kind of plant is this?
The only plant I know that fits this description is a Peperomia obtusifolia. It's commonly called a Baby Rubber Plant. this is one of my favorite species because it's easy to grow and propagate. The thin spike with the honeycomb pattern (with respect to Peperomia) is its flower and the black specs that develops 2-3 weeks after are seeds.
