Toyota car names usually have some kind of meaning... Avalon is a mythical place, Corolla is part of a flower, Camry comes from the Japanese word for crown, etc.
I have tried looking on wikipedia and through yahoo and all I find is stuff about the car.
I am just wondering what the name means.

I have a Yaris and she is indeed beautiful and elegant.
Reply:nothing, although it has been the name for the european version of the toyota echo since 99. so it does have some background.
