mortgage lending companies to "open the lending gates" to almost anyone who could fog a mirror? Didn't that socialist method lead to the mortgage debacle and downfall of housing markets in many U.S. cities? Isn't Obama and Hilary part of this Democratic makeup that is promising now to spread out the health care (at the expense of EVERYONE) and flowering it up with words like, low cost and for all when we all know that there is ALWAYS A HIGH to be paid???

Yes. They wanted to give people a *chance*. A chance at what? Well to get into mortgages that they eventually could not afford to pay. To buy into the American Dream despite not having the means or the will to fulfill their **personal** responsibility to pay their own bills, on time, and in full.



But it was such a **humane** act. I'm sure the Dems thought it was great and patted themselves on the back at how such good people they were. Well welcome to reality.



Now we're all going to get stuck with the bill. Thank you Dems.
