Are there hummingbirds in New Jersey?

Moving to New Jersey soon, and for some reason I've become facinated with hummingbirds recently. Wondering if I get the feeder and plant the right flowers, if I could attract them? Not sure what parts of the country they're in... I know, random.

Are there hummingbirds in New Jersey?
Yes, ruby throated hummingbirds are in NJ. They will come to hummingbird feeders and love butterfly bush, fushias, hosta flowers, butterfly weed, bleeding hearts, lilac, and most annuals.
Reply:NO Jersey is a dirty place with nothing sweet congress order all hummingbirds out
Reply:they in jersey too
Reply:Yes, there are!!

Check out this site, with the northward hummer migration map for this spring. They have been sighted along the southern coast, and will be moving up the coast. When they're about to get to your area, you can get your hummingbird feeder ready!
