HELP PLEASE. What do we do about the neighbors cats?
Try putting moth balls in the flower beds to help keep cats out of there. Where the cats seem to think it's their litter box try spraying pneumonia around the whole area. Cats hate the smell and after it dries you won't smell it but the cats will. It worked wonders for us to stop the strays from using our yard and flower beds. Keep your dogs away until the cats have learned to stay away. Also you could mix a little water with the pneumonia in a spray bottle and when cats come around spray for the butts, not the face and they will also learn to stay away too. This too works great. Good luck.
P.S. Call animal control to take them before you are over run with cats and maybe worse problems.

Reply:First approach your neighbor and tell him what he is doing is wrong if he doesn't stop call animal control.
Reply:Report them to the police and if they don't get involved directly, they can send you in the right direction.
Reply:Call the spca and they can come set out traps to catch them if they are ferral cats. If not they can catch them and find homes for them.
Reply:why don't you fix them then?
Reply:You need to call your local animal control department. Your neighbor is not doing the cats any favor if he is not taking care of them other than to feed them; and there is probably an ordinance prohibiting his activities. If he is feeding them, then he can be presumed to be their owner 9if you can ever really own a cat...) and is, or should be, responsible for their behavior. I realize his intentions are good, but those cats need to be picked up so they can be treated by a vet for whatever ailments they might have, be fixed, and adopted if they are adoptable. Sad as it is, the wild cats may need to be put to sleep if they have gone feral. Don't feel bad about calling, you are actually doing the cats a favor.
Reply:Put it through a blender and share a nice drink with ur own cat.
