Reply:i have a blue tongue lizard and i feed it crickets, lettus, tomatoes, carrots, bannanas, and alot of fruit. Dont feed it eggs or meat because this will make him sick. Most greens and fruits are ok to feed. I have found out that they really like apples. Remember that they like too eat living things like bugs. Crickets, mealworms are good. If you cant buy these you could try worms from the ground and other types of insects you can find. When you feed it veggies remember to wash them and keep the water on it to hydrate the lizard. I hope this helped and good luck!
Reply:Hello,
Blue tongue lizards are omnivorous. They eat both plants and animals. They will eat almost anything. Insects, worms, grubs, snails, flowers, and plants.... yes this means dandelions, collard greens, greens, grapes, apples, broccoli, peas, berries, peaches banana ETC.
Baby food and dog food work good too but shouldn't be a large part of their diet.
Crickets work too.
